Sessions are conducted 1-1 through use of online/remote methods such as MS Teams, Skype and Zoom and focus on improving mood and functioning by exploring the links between thoughts, feelings and behaviours and reducing the impact of vicious cycles which maintain difficulty coping. I use various interventions to achieve this such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), life coaching and supported skills development and I also offer a range of group workshops and bespoke training packages for businesses looking to increase awareness of and encourage improvements in managing mental health difficulties within the workplace.
