Business Details

I work with the Cambridge CBT Partnership, offering CBT and EMDR in Cambridge and in Huntingdon.

I offer CBT and EMDR therapy for a wide range of anxiety and mood disorders. I have a particular interest in simple and complex trauma, moral injury, PTSD and personality disorders. I am a student of the use of EMDR in applications such as grief, abuse, nightmares and management of pain.

I am enhanced DBS checked and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, in order to maintain data confidentiality.

After several years of mental health clinical research, I have worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in primary and secondary care within the NHS. I also run group therapy CBT courses with the Cambridge Group Therapy Centre and work as a volunteer therapist with Choices supporting adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse.
